PatchSlabs - Patch Display Case - 2.2"x2.2"

PatchSlabs are made-to-order cases for displaying patches from your collection in a whole new context.  They're perfect for a desk or shelf, made with premium 3D printed carbon fiber filled PLA plastic with loop backing, 4mm clear acrylic, and finished with black hardware for a subtle and clean look.

Loop Size: ~2.2"x2.2" (56mmx56mm)

Slab Size: ~2.75"x2.75" (70mmx70mm)

Lead Time: PatchSlabs will be made-to-order, expect a slightly longer lead time after launch as I fulfill the first run of orders and build up supply, then expect the normal 1-2 week turnaround.

Get Started with PatchSlabs:

1. PatchSlabs will come with acrylic mask in place to make sure it's fresh and clean. 
2. Remove the acrylic with the included 2mm hex wrench and put the bolts nearby.
3. Attach your patch(es) to the loop inside the frame.
4. Peel the masking paper off the acrylic. 
5. Use the included lens wipe and microfiber to touch up any smudges or fingerprints. *Don't stress too much about the acrylic being spotless, once the patch is in place and everything is assembled, slight smudges or dust are hard to notice!
   
6. Bolt the acrylic back in place, no need to overtighten, just snug them up against the acrylic.
7. Install the included angled foot on whichever side orients your patches correctly.
8. Enjoy seeing your patches in a new context!

Tips: 

• The stand slots in the back can also be used to mount PatchSlabs to something like a wall or cork board with 1/8" head pushpins, or a finishing nail.
• The stands can be used use help remove patches from the loop, use them as a spatula to slide underneath the patch to start disconnecting the hook and loop!
